Mr. Jamea brings more than 20 years of legal and financial experience, having represented businesses and financial institutions in transactional and creditor's rights matters. He is a graduate of University of Houston where he received his undergraduate degrees in economics and political science, and his doctor of jurisprudence degree. He is licensed to practice law before the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to joining Wysk, Mr. Jamea was the president of a real estate private equity group in Houston. Prior to that he practiced business law in Houston.

Mr. Sund brings more than 25 years of experience to Wysk, specializing in law firm automation, document generation, scanning, court and process service logic, collection, foreclosure and creditor bankruptcy. He brings an insight into the debt collection industry that makes him a unique asset to the Wysk team. Mr. Sund has extensive experience in the handling of legal claims and local court procedures in more than 40 states, and is a co-founder of Q-Soft, the maker of Q-Law software, which is the premier practice management system for law firms, and has also been involved in other successful startups.

Ms. Wong has 26 years of experience working in legal, technology and finance-related industries. As founder and cofounder of several successful startups, Ms. Wong brings her experience in the legal and technology realm to Wysk, along with her innate understanding of the products and services needed and desired in today's business atmosphere. Ms. Wong is a cofounder of Q-Soft, whose Q-Law product is the premier practice management system for law firms, as well as cofounder of Service Exchange Network, offering automated solutions between the legal and the process service industries.

Hired directly from ExxonMobil's management team, Mr. Moghtaderi brings with him leadership and expertise gained from the oil giant's renowned record of operations performance and integrity. He is a graduate of Cal Poly SLO, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has 17 years of engineering and technology related industry experience, including product development, project management, and process re-engineering.

Mr. Fifield brings more than 20 years of experience working with major lenders and law firms within the scope of industry-related business processes and risk mitigation practices. Previously, he was VP of Sales at CT Lien Solutions, a Wolters Kluwer business. Mr. Fifield holds a degree in business from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Ms. Hudson has in-depth experience in a wide variety of law-related activities, including work with Jones McClure Publishing, a leading producer of legal reference manuals, and working for the British Consulate researching and reporting on business ventures and partnerships between Texas and UK businesses. In addition to her experience in database creation and management, she is primarily responsible for research and reporting on complex state-specific rules and regulations for business formation nationwide. Ms. Hudson is a licensed attorney and a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.

With more than 16 years of developing technology solutions for companies of all sizes, Mr. Parks brings significant experience to the Wysk team as director of software development. As lead designer of the company's software solution, his skills in database management integration and user experience are well represented in Wysk's products.

Ms. Gohlke is a software engineer by education and experience. Throughout her eight-year career, Jennifer has worked as a project manager, software developer, and a system administrator, to name just a few. Ms. Gohlke's experience ranges from Java development and back-end database administration to point-of-sale system integration and ecommerce solutions.

Mr. Boorla is all things customer related at Wysk. Combining a technical background with his experiences working as a teacher and with non-profit organizations, he designs user interfaces and workflows, oversees customer relation management software, and administers help desk management software. He is a graduate of the University of Texas where he received a B.S. in Mathematics.
